Understand cancellations on orders that are made to order, also known as custom orders, will never be granted once a purchase has been made.

If you are inquiring about stolen mail please read my other message. This message is for missing/lost mail ONLY.

Unfortunately, things can get lost/missing in the mail. You can use the USPS website and fill out their “where’s my package” or “missing mail” form. By doing this USPS will contact your local post office who will then provide additional updates to you on your lost/missing package.

Understand I don't work for the postal service and once your package is dropped off at my local post office I don't have access to any additional info other than the tracking info you have. Buyer and seller see the same updates on the tracking number that was provided.

Since each item is handmade my shipping details vary for EACH listing. If a time frame says 4-6 weeks then you can expect at the earliest 4 weeks TILL I ship or at the latest 6 weeks TILL I ship.

Please read the listing completely to find out the correct shipping estimates. Once your item ships you will be notified via email from ETSY with your tracking info.

I ship my mail with USPS Mon-Fri at 4:30 & Saturday at 2 only. Times are set in eastern standard time. I only ship flat rate or priority mail based on your location which can take 1-3 or 4-7 business days. Shipping will take longer due to holidays or weather so expect delays. Understand usps delays are out of my control. Please plan your purchases extra early during the holidays.

To provide pictures of colors of the fabrics being used I post stock photos. Stock photos are taken by the company that makes the fabric.

Depending on the screen/monitor you are using colors can slightly vary. Understand this is out of my control.

I highly recommend purchasing fabric swatches before you place an order. This will help you see the color, feel the softness, thickness, and give you a better idea of what to expect from your future purchase.

If your package has been stolen or is missing contents I recommend you dispute the charge with your bank or credit card company ASAP. This is the only way that is quickest for you to receive a full refund.

I have since found out USPS doesn't always issue a full refund even with FULL insurance. For this reason, I will not file for refunds through the USPS system anymore.

My blankets are handmade differently than others. Most weighted blankets have stitched lines on the outer fabric. So you can see the individual squares that hold the weight. Mine don't & require more material.

I only use high-quality fabrics which cost more than generic ones. My blankets material-wise consist of the top outer fabric, bottom outer fabric, insert fabric, batting, & glass beads.

For packaging, I use eco-friendly sealed bags to protect your purchase, satin or velvet ribbon to wrap your purchase in, and custom care/thank you tags. Also, some purchases require a custom box due to how large your order might be.

Understand your price is based on material cost, labor, shipping & Etsy seller fees.

🚨The organic cotton sateen fabric is a certified 100% organic fabric. For this weighted blanket, only the top fabric is organic. The rest of the weighted blanket consists of a cotton insert, glass beads, and a polyester Minky backing or Tencel backing depending on your choice of backing fabric. Don’t get confused by the name of the weighted blanket as the name ONLY consists of the top fabric being used and what the product is. For example, if a title reads ”geometric organic cotton sateen weighted blanket”. That means it’s a geometric design that’s an organic cotton sateen fabric and the product is a weighted blanket. It does NOT MEAN THE WHOLE WEIGHTED BLANKET IS ORGANIC.

Once your order is finished I use a satin or velvet ribbon with a custom care & thank you tag to wrap your purchases in.
To package your order I use a 100% recycled poly mailer. It can be recycled and/or reused because it has 2 seals. Then your package is placed in a box to be shipped. I use these two specific pieces to protect your purchase during transit.
Once I’m ready to ship I always use USPS Priority Mail with a required signature for delivery for orders of $100 or more. All purchases that are less than $100 are shipped USPS Priority Mail without a required signature.
Shipping flat rate boxes is a set price that I DO NOT set. USPS sets the price for all shipping. Flat rate is not based on weight its a set price placed by USPS.

All orders are custom & handmade. I don’t offer exchanges, refunds, or changes once an order has been placed.
Please take the time to understand & look at ALL information provided. Take the time to read all the info & get to know what fabrics are used, how your order is made, how to wash , etc.
Understand the materials used are expensive & are purchased immediately after you place your order. I will not eat the material cost, sit on top of materials you just purchased, or provide refunds, or resell a custom order because the item description, FAQs section, or shop policies wasn’t read. You are responsible for your purchase!

I will provide care tags for every item I hand make. This info is also available in the item description under every listing. Unfortunately not everyone takes the time to read it. So I now provide care tags to everyone. This gives me peace of mind as a seller to know you know how to properly care for your weighted item. These custom tags are something I hand make too. The care tag and ribbon cost less than $1 for each order.
