We hope you will understand that we cannot accommodate any rush order requests at this time. We are a two person team and all items are handmade.
Our Laser Engraved signs are 1/2" thick hardwood plywood. All signs are handmade and designed by us. Each sign comes ready to hang with an inlayed sawtooth hanger so your sign will sit flush against the wall. As all signs are made by our 2 person team sometimes we do push the limits of our 2 week processing time when we have an influx of orders or materials are taking longer than anticipated to be delivered.
Please be aware that due to the nature of wood we cannot control wood grains. Occasionally knots and darker wood grains lend themselves to the characteristics of our signs. We do not consider this a defect it is natural and adds a uniqueness to each piece. Also, the plywood we use has a Finished Veneer face. Occasionally on the backside of some pieces the Veneer will chip or crack away. Although this may look unsightly it will not have an affect on the quality of the sign as it will be hidden on the backside of the sign against a wall. If for any reason your sign will not be hanging on a wall and you need a finished backside please let us know before purchasing as we do have some options for you.
Since each piece is hand painted, hand cut, and put together by humans there may be slight variations from the items pictured to the item(s) that arrives at your door. Rest assured there is not an item that leaves our workspace that you wouldn't be proud to display.
