Since pieces are made to order, it can take up to 6 weeks for your jewelry to ship. Always feel free to contact me about what I have in stock, especially if you need your piece in a rush!

Repairs are free within 7 days of delivery.

Please include the original packaging, your order confirmation, the jewelry piece that needs repair, your return address and contact information and we will do our best to return your piece repaired within 3-4 weeks.

It is best to include tracking and insurance when shipping. We are not responsible for jewelry lost in the mail due to improper shipping methods.

We reserve the right to decline unreasonable repairs.

Brass and silver will develop a natural patina over time. Some people love this look and choose to embrace it. If you want to bring your ring back to it's original shine you can use a soft polishing cloth.

With brass, contact with skin will sometimes result in a green mark due to the chemical reaction to your skin's sweats and acids.

Avoid storing your pieces in humid areas like bathrooms, and avoid wearing in water to help minimize oxidation. And, it's a good idea to store your pieces in an airtight container when not being worn.

International packages are shipped via USPS First Class, Priority or Express Mail, as selected at checkout. Please contact me if you need additional services. International shipping costs are determined at checkout. Please note, all International packages are subjected to taxes and duties upon delivery. I am not be responsible for the cost of clearing your items through customs nor do I accept returns for unpaid duties.
