Kindly check the size chart in the listing to determine your best size to order. It is either one of the pictures to scroll through or in the listing’s description that you may have to expand to see entirely. Neck to Heel Length is the most important and if you need adjustments I can sometimes accommodate if you make a note with your order. I can adjust down but NOT up from a given size. Jumpsuit costumes are roomy. Infants with less than Neck-to-Heel of 25" are size A and you must include Neck-to-Heel and Chest/Waist measurements with your order. To measure, stand straight, bend head down chin to chest. On the back of the neck, the top of the spine can be seen/felt. Measure from there to the heel.

My Halloween rush starts in August with a crazy spike at the beginning of October. Sometimes I am working on over 60 costumes in time for Halloween. I sew like crazy and I try to mail out 4-6 per day. Free Shipping (USPS Ground Advantage) in the USA is supposed to take 2-5 days and is normally on time, but I can't guarantee the post office times. I can’t control any delays in the mail.
To get in line, you must place a paid order. That's the best I can do. You can convo or text me any time for a status. If it gets to the point I don't think I can get it done, I will cancel and refund your order. So far, I have never had to cancel an order. Contact me a few days after your order is placed to ask status and your place in queue.

My body fish costume does NOT have precise sizing. There is no 2T, 4T, 8, Adult, etc... for this costume. The measurement given in the SIZES is simply the measure of the hole in the bottom of the fish. Use this number to tell if the fish will fit over your head and around your body. Consider if you want to wear a coat under - then you will need more room. The boy in the picture is about 2 years old. The costume is made of 1/2 foam, so it works best for a walking child. It's not super-stiff, but it is bulky. A little big is better than a little small. There are 2 listings for this fish. One is the READY TO SHIP fish I already have done. As kids come in all shapes and sizes even at the same age and even in the same family, I can’t accurately guess a size. Even if you tell me age or weight or height. That’s why I request you measure so you aren’t disappointed with any wrong guesses. It’s better for both of us that way. I purposely use letters for sizes to 'force' measuring. Sewing patterns and my home made patterns do NOT always match up to store bought regular sizes. Thank you for your understanding.

Shipping in the USA using USPS Ground Advantage is free with orders over $35 and takes 2-5 days normally, depending on how far you are from Michigan. Other shipping methods are available at an additional cost. I don’t know how much that will be. Etsy calculates that depending on what you’ll order and where the package is going from me in Michigan to your address. Etsy will tell you during the ordering process before you put in your payment. Most often, I make your costume when I get the order. Sometimes I get time and make some popular ones ahead of time. In that case, I make a separate listing with the same picture. One listing will be the READY TO SHIP options I have, and the other listing will have all the sizes and options available for me to make for you. You are free to order from either listing, but if you are in a hurry, check the READY TO SHIP one to see if what you need is done and ready to go. Either way, I'm usually pretty quick to make and mail orders out. So it's no big deal usually if you order from the custom-made listing.

I started out with a couple Pokemon patterns that I made for my kids when they were little (circa 2000). You can see my original line up with my kids in a picture in the MEW TWO listing. I posted some of those to my Etsy shop when I started in 2013 and people started asking me if I could make other Pokemon. I added popular ones to my shop, but my kids were getting all to big to model for me, so I didn't have any 'real kid' pictures. Just the pictures I could take laying the costume out on the floor before I mailed it. I'm always asking for real kid pictures to add, but for those listings with drawn pictures, I don't have any good pictures yet. I'll add them if I get some.

All the fleece costumes are made with Blizzard or AntiPill fleece from Joanns. The fleece is totally machine washable and dryable. HOWEVER - those costumes with big tails, fins, or other parts that can get caught up in the washing machine will need special gentle care with washing. You might be able to wash on gentle cycle with the costume pinned inside a pillow case so it doesn't get tangled up in the wash. Use care when washing. I make all my costumes with the hope they will be used and enjoyed over and over. Being able to wash something used by kid is a requirement!
