The nylon cord I use is UV stable, but the colours will fade with prolonged exposure to sunlight.

To clean, hand-wash in warm water using plain dish- or hand-soap; if necessary, you can scrub the item with a small, soft-bristled brush (e.g., a toothbrush). Hang or lay flat to dry. Do NOT use chlorine bleach. Do NOT place in the dryer. Do NOT dryclean.

I offer combined shipping rates for most items (the combined shipping will be automatically calculated when you add additional items to your cart).

If your item arrives damaged, or is defective, please contact me immediately to get instructions for returning the item and to arrange a full refund (I pay the return shipping costs for all damaged/defective items). Your refund will be processed once I have received the damaged/defective item. IMPORTANT: retain all original packaging!

Note: if the damaged/defective item was originally shipped with one or more additional items, then I will refund a percentage of the original shipping cost (determined by the damaged/defective item’s cost relative to the original order total).

Items returned to me because an incorrect or undeliverable shipping address was provided will be refunded, minus original and return shipping costs, once I have received the item.

If an incorrect or undeliverable shipping address was provided and/or the item is delivered to an incorrect address because of the buyer's actions, and the item is subsequently lost and not returned to me, no refund will be given.

International Buyers: I do NOT collect VAT, GST or any other taxes or fees on behalf of your country’s tax or customs authorities. If any such taxes or fees are owed, you will be responsible for paying them when you receive your order.

If the estimated time for your region has passed: it is exceedingly rare that a package is actually lost, so you should receive your item eventually. However, packages are occasionally miss-routed, or held up in customs, which can lead to substantial delays. Please contact me for more information and assistance.

In the unlikely event that your package fails to turn up and is officially declared lost, then the issue may be due to stolen mail. You will likely need to complete an affidavit affirming that the package is missing before I can process your refund.

When you check out you have the option to mark your order as a gift: if you choose this option, it simply means that the packing slip will not show any financial information (so the recipient will not see how much you paid). Marking as a gift does NOT mean your item(s) will be gift wrapped.

International buyers: please note that I CANNOT mark your order as a gift on the customs slip, so the customs slip will still show the price of your item(s).
