What are your return policies?

All of our products are handcrafted, therefore keep in mind that there may be small imperfections. This is part of the handmade process which makes all of our pieces unique an should not be seen as a defect. The overall aesthetic of the products and its intended ability for use should not be affected. It will simply add to the product's uniqueness and story. Due to the handmade custom nature of our pieces please contact me if you have any problems with your order.

Are there exceptions to your refund policies?

Refunds will only be approved for pieces that are new/unused condition. We cannot accept returns on pieces that have been used, broken or tarnished due to improper handling.
However, if any pieces are damaged during transport, please contact us with a photo as soon as possible.

Returned items must be in original condition and packaging (that includes the box).

What if there are shipping issues?

Once a shipment leaves our studio, it is out of our control and the responsibility of the postal service. If you order shows as delivered but you did not receive it, you will need to contact the postal service or your mail carrier. All shipments are scanned during transport, unfortunately we have no additional information other than what is available through the USPS tracking system. Therefore, if an order is marked as delivered, that is all the information we have to go on as well. We cannot refund or reship packages that show up as delivered. Priority Mail, does include insurance which will also need to be processed with USPS. Please keep in mind that during busy times (such as holidays) even Priority mail may take longer then expected.

What if my item was returned to sender?

We will provide a refund for items that are returned to us due to wrong address / refusal or being un-deliverable, minus shipping cost and any additional fees. If you would like the piece resent you will need to cover the reshipping costs.
