Do you offer custom or personalized orders?
I would be glad to create a custom or personalized order for you. Please message me with details about a custom or personalized order.
*It will take longer than the processing time of 2-4 business days. Custom or personalized orders may cost more, but I will try to keep prices as low as possible.
My order is a gift. Would you be able to package it as a gift?
Absolutely! I include a hand-written note for the recipient and a packing slip without the prices. Make sure to check mark the box at checkout, “this item is a gift.” You can also include a note to the recipient for free.

How durable are your stickers?
Our stickers are waterproof, scratch resistant, and sun proof. They are professionally printed on durable vinyl and are fade resistant for 3-5 years. If you have any additional questions about the sticker quality, please message us!
How long will it take for shipping?
I will ship your package through USPS First Class mail. The PROCESSING time for my orders is 2-4 business days. Your order will be delivered 3-7 business days after it is SHIPPED. Notice how the processing time and shipping time are different.
International orders (outside of the U.S.) will take 2-5 weeks to SHIP once the order is processed (it may be longer to ship depending on your location).
During Holidays or sales, processing time is still 2-4 business days and should be shipped in 3-7 business days. Please plan ahead when ordering for a deadline (ie: Christmas). Once again, international orders will take longer to arrive.
Do you offer returns or exchanges?
Yes!
If you feel your purchase needs to be returned or exchanged in any way, please notify me as soon as possible, or by 14 days after your purchase. I can give you a refund for your purchase or an exchange.
You will have 30 days to ship the purchase back to me. If I do not receive the item within 30 days, I will not give you a refund or exchange.
IMPORTANT: you will be responsible for ALL shipping fees. This includes the fee to ship the product back to me and the shipping for me to send you the exchange (if applicable).
*I do not accept returns or exchanges on items purchased during sales or on international purchases.
*Items returned must be unused and in new condition.
