2 out of 5 starsI had to contact the shop multiple times regarding delivery after tags were made for shipping and then package never dropped at the post. Expected delivery was one week and I waited over a month. Once I received the large pampas grass I was disappointed as the grass was flat after fluffing with barely any left on the stalk and was not the height that was advertised.
