Due to the nature of custom face masks, I do not accept returns. If the wrong mask sent please send a photo of the mask and shipping package in a message for instructions.
Unfortunately, from time to time, mugs do get broken in transit or a package accidentally gets mislabeled. The mugs are ceramic and if someone doesn't take good care of the package it can be broken. We have no problem sending you out one as a replacement if this happens. Please just send us a PHOTO with the broken mug and package label, your order details and we'll get you a new one out! No need to return the broken mug.

Depending on the level of customization in your item it will vary the time it takes to get to you. You will get your item within 10-15 business days of ordering (a business day is Monday-Friday). Most items however will ship much faster than that. Holiday seasons takes much longer due to shipping and the time of year.
