What if my order shows as shipped but doesn't arrive, shows delivered but isn't actually here or arrives damaged?
Replacement orders will only be fulfilled by me if the error is on my part.
If both buyer and seller acted in good faith and the shipment was accepted by the postal service but either isn't delivered, shows delivered but can't be found (pirated) or is delivered damaged, you as the purchaser must open a case directly with Etsy through their Purchase Protection Program. Upon research and verification of the above, Etsy will reimburse you for the purchase price at which time you can place a new order for the item(s) if it is still available.
How do I get a refund or replacement if my item is damaged due to poor packaging?
I make every effort to ensure safe packaging for item travel but as a human I do make mistakes! If you ever receive an item damaged because of poor packing on my part, meaning it's not due to destruction that occurred during transit (a damaged box is a good indication of this) I will gladly offer replacement or refund as long as I'm notified within three days of receipt.
With that said, I do ask that you send me photos of the item as well as a photo of the shipping box. I can then make a determination on how to rectify the situation. This may entail you sending the item back via a return label I will provide.
ITEMS WILL NOT BE REPLACED OR REFUNDED BASED ON WRITTEN REQUESTS ONLY. YOU MUST PROVIDE PHOTOS SHOWING THE DAMAGE.
How does your shipping work?
Unless otherwise stated, all orders are shipped free within 5-7 business days (usually sooner) via USPS using the least expensive option available. You will be sent tracking information once the order has been shipped.
