1 out of 5 starsI never received my order. $75 out of pocket. The store closed and did not fulfill my order. I am very disappointed. If the seller knew they were closing the store they should have refunded the orders that were not going to be filled. I understand unexpected situations happen. But please give the buyer a heads up and return their hard working money back.

1 out of 5 starsIf I could give zero stars, I would. I never received my items and the shop never responded to my 3 messages inquiring where my order was. This shop received my order well before the cut off date to order and have guaranteed delivery by my "need by date". I received a notification two weeks before my need by date that my order would be delayed from the originally estimated delivery date, but was still on track to be delivered in time for my "need by date". That was the last time I heard from the shop. I sent 3 unanswered messages to the shop before they quietly closed the shop on Etsy and turned off the ability to correspond with them. I never received my items. I ended up buying the same cases off of Amazon for $7 each and used a cricut to make my own.

4 out of 5 starsOriginally, I wanted a different design for my bridesmaids gifts but seller recommended this one because there was some supply issues and estimated time of shipment. Nonetheless, this design and box is great quality and names and design on the lid are perfect. Packaged carefully and nothing cracked. Seller was in constant communication about the estimated time of arrival and was accommodating. Unfortunate that I couldn't order another one since the shop seemed to be closed.
