All Canadian orders are shipped via Canada Post Lettermail. Tracking is not included but if you prefer your order tracked, please select the shipping upgrade at checkout.

All US orders are shipped via USPS First Class Package with tracking. I use a courier service to bring your package directly to USPS. No border or customs delay.

Every hand-dyed fabric is distinct, with no two being identical, and finished with serged edges. Due to variances in screen resolutions, the received color may exhibit slight variations in tone, either lighter or darker.

I use a high quality dye and while all the fabric and floss have been carefully rinsed and the color has been set, care should still be taken when washing your finished project. As with any hand-dyed item colorfastness can not be guaranteed. If you do need to wash your project, do so in COLD water.

In 2019 Germany’s Packaging Act VerpackG came into effect, imposing requirements on online retailers selling to buyers in Germany. The Packaging Act promotes recycling and reuse of packaging materials (e.g. cardboard boxes, tape, and bubble wrap).
