Frequently asked questions
Do these require extra postage?
USPS does charge additional postage for square letters, letters over 1 oz and letters that require special handling. Check the description of the card you are interested in to find out if it will need extra postage.
Custom and personalized orders
I do not create personalized orders. While I do occasionally accept custom orders it depends on:
1. My health at the time of the request
2. My other obligations
3. The complexity of the request
It’s always worth asking and I’ll accommodate if possible.
Cancellations, Returns, & Refunds
Cancellations will only be refunded if made within 24 hours of the purchase.
I do not accept returns for any reason. But I encourage you to reach out to me if you are in any way disappointed with your order. I will strive to rectify the problem by other means if possible.
