As much as we enjoy Amazon Prime, I am not them. All orders are made after the item is purchased.

I don't apply any backing material to my shirts, but there is a great brand that's iron on! It's called Sulky Tender Touch Iron-On Backing. It's super easy to use and goes right over the stitches on the inside of your shirt! You can get this at Joann's, Michael's, Amazon or any craft store!

Exchanges are accepted within 3 DAYS of delivery. This means you must contact me within 3 days of receiving your item. The buyer is responsible for the cost of the label to mail the item(s) back to me.

Once you've dropped it off at the post office and have the tracking number please send it to me via message!

The easiest way for me to keep track of exchange orders is to purchase another item in the correct size. I send out exchanges at my current processing time anyway, so I find this is the easiest way for you to know the progress on your shirt and when it's headed your way!

Once I've received the item, I will refund your 𝗼𝗿𝗶𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗹 order. If I find that the item has been worn/washed you will only receive a partial refund.

You can cancel your order for any reason within 48 hours of purchase! After that 48 hour window, cancellations/changes to your order will not be given.

I do not accept returns. If your item is the wrong size you may exchange it (see details on that process above!)

The seller is not held responsible for lost or missing packages. Once the package is marked as shipped with tracking number provided, it is customer's responsibility to follow up with shipping carrier if package is lost or stolen. Please refer to the following USPS webpage to report stolen/lost mail: https://www.usps.com/help/missing-mail.htm

Please note we will ship to the address that you provide. We are not responsible for incorrect addresses entered, as we have no way of knowing if you address is correct or not. Etsy creates labels pulled from your order and then we print them. We're not able to change anything on our end. There will be no refunds due to incorrect addresses. I will happily mail it to an updated address if there's any issue after it's returned to me.

After 30 days of delivery, we are not responsible for any issues to your shirt. Unraveled threads, tears in the shirt from use, etc. We understand things happen, especially with embroidery. Threads can come loose or there can be tears around the stitching from wear. But after this 30 day window we will no longer accept requests for refunds/replacements. This time frame gives plenty you as the purchaser to wash and wear your shirt and find any issue with the threading. We still offer exchanges, within 7 days of delivery, but this is a different policy and pertains to any sizing issues you may have.
