TLC will want Scrubs after using this.
Give your body a bit of much needed TLC with a Frank body scrub. Unlike the song this post is a celebration of Scrubs as if there was ever a product to turn your bathroom in a spa it's this one. A scrub is a product that can get love from me.

I always find exfoliating such a chore! but this is simple and effective. 2 small scoops was more than enough for my full body. not harsh on the skin at all, left on for a couple of minutes before rinsing. I did before my tan routine and noticed such a difference in how my tan applied! So smooth will be part of my weekly routine from now on!

Bought this scrub after reading about it in a magazine. It comes in a pouch so you can scoop a handful of the scrub out and apply easily. Smells strongly of coffee so it does feel a little like applying coffee grounds to your body. The recommendation is you leave it on for about 3 minutes before rinsing off - not all that practical when in the shower I find. Works effectively as a scrub, leaves the skin feeling very soft, however it is very messy, I find I have to spend a fair amount of time cleaning the residue from the shower afterwards, hence the 3 star review.
