If I receive items marked "return to sender" due to an incorrect address, I will re-ship the item(s) when: a) the customer provides a correct mailing address, and b) the customer pays the cost to re-ship the item.

Avoid wearing jewelry while showering, sleeping, swimming or exercising to avoid damage. Store jewelry in an airtight plastic bag to prevent tarnish and discoloration. Always treat jewelry gently to prolong its lifespan.

IMPORTANT: All mail is currently experiencing delays. Please order well in advance if you need items by a certain date. I am unable to guarantee arrival times. I do not currently offer tracked shipping.

I currently do not offer tracked shipping. This is because tracked shipping from Canada is extremely expensive. Once I ship your order, I cannot check to see where it is.

If you would like a tracking number, please be prepared to pay approx. $20 extra, as that is the cost of upgrading shipping on my end.

My jewellery is made using zinc alloy. Because of this, there is a chance of a chemical reaction between the metal and your skin/any lotions or soaps you might use. This depends on your individual chemical makeup, so unfortunately I can't confirm if the reaction will happen.

A jewelry care card is included with every order to help you protect your jewelry from tarnish and damage.

I can accommodate wholesale orders beginning at a minimum of 25 pieces. When inquiring about wholesale availability, please include the following:

- the specific items (& variations, where applicable) you'd like to purchase
- an estimate of how many pieces you'd like per item/variation (eg. 10 DNA rings, 10 Daisy earrings, 10 Rose pendant necklaces)
