The default is the "Single Characters" style which include 7 designs: (2) Anne Wheeler (You have 3 skin tone options: white (default), tan, brown Please request in notes if other than default) (2) P.T Barnum, (2) Lettie Lutz, (2) Jenny Lind, (2) Philip Carlyle, This is the greatest show, circus tent

The "Custom" style includes single characters with saying, i.e: Aniston's 6th greatest show (you can request to have one specific character). Message me to complete a custom order request and there will be an addtl $4 fee for labor.

The "Mix" Style will be a mixture of the single characters and character w/ circus tents

• Toppers are attached to clear plastic prism picks **in the event that prism sticks are unavailable you will receive white sticks or custom stick that matches theme

• Processing times are 3-5 days

If you are ordering the custom personalized topper, add the following in notes to seller:
1. Name and age of child
2. List if you would like one specific character, if not the default will be a mix of the single characters


CUSTOMIZATION

You have the option to change Anne's skin tone to match your birthday girl " white, tan, brown" just request in notes when ordering. brown anne is by default

If you would like a different design:

There are 3 different shipping options to choose from during check out. Please choose the correct shipping option based on how quickly you need your items.

First Class Shipping- 3 to 5 business days depending on location. *NOT GUARANTEED*
Priority Shipping- 2 to 3 business days depending on location. *NOT GUARANTEED*
Priority Shipping Express- 1 to 2 business day GUARANTEED or your money back.

Please understand that if your order is delayed that is the responsibility of USPS. The shipping descriptions above are not guaranteed except for express. I just wanted to give you an idea on how the shipping options break down.

If you purchase priority/express shipping when checking out, that only applies to the shipping time. It is not a rush fee nor does it mean that your order will go out sooner. It does mean that when your order is shipped, it will travel through the postal service faster.

Any shipping fees for returned items are the responsibility of the buyer (for refunds).

Please understand that I cannot give refunds on custom orders. I will however, issue a refund on a custom order if there were an error on my part.
