Will a get a preview of my custom star map / voice print / moon phrase print?
I send a link to download the printable file within 1 business day. If you would like a change, don't hesitate to ask. There are 2 revisions included, if needed. Requests for more revisions will be charged $5 each. Each major change request (new date, new recording, new text, change of font style) can add 1 business day to the turnaround time during busy periods (Nov-Dec, Feb, April and May)
What are your business hours?
Our business hours are Monday to Friday 8AM to 4PM, except Canadian Statutory Holidays. We sometimes answer messages, ship orders, send custom printable files outside these hours, but in general, please expect it on the next business day. Thank you for your understanding.
Shipping Address Change
Please carefully check your shipping address when you are placing your order.
If you want to change the shipping address after the order has been placed, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate if the order is not already with the shipping carrier.
Do you make soundwave prints from songs?
No, we don't make soundwave prints from songs as songs are copyrighted. If you place an order for a soundwave print for a song, we will refund and cancel it. Thank you for your understanding.
