Not the best cleansing balm - has an unpleasant sticky feeling.
Instead of a cleansing oil that glides easily across your face and gently melts away your make up, the Darphin cleansing balm feels sticky and requires a bit of effort before it starts to take the make up off. The sticky sensation is not always pleasant as it feels like I need to use way more product than necessary, and because it doesn’t melt easily, I feel I end up pulling my skin are I try to work the balm into my skin. It also doesn’t emulsify as easily as some of the cleansing balms on the market. This was a disappointment as I used to be a fan of Darphin’s products many years ago, and thought I’d revisit. I won’t be buying again.

The products in this gift are tiny bar the cleansing balm. Although my skin does feel lovely after using them and the products are luxurious. Nice set for a gift.
