WHAT ARE THE PAPER CHOICE OPTIONS?

RECYCLED: 110# Smooth finish and 100% PCW paper. Recycled paper is an eco-friendly paper choice because it is re-made from used paper (post consumer waste - pcw) that has been re-purposed at a recycling facility. Similar to the stock paper.

STOCK: Premium 110# cover stock paper is acid free, providing superior archival quality. With a bright white smooth finish, it shows off bold contrast in color, crisp text, and a clean background.

PEARL: 105# Pearl Paper offers a subtle shimmer to any design. Natural minerals and organic pigments combine to give this paper a spectacular pearl-like sheen.

SIGNATURE: 118#. With a luxurious feel and soft texture finish, it produces a high quality, timeless option for press cards and more.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I NEED TO CHANGE MY PARTY DATE DUE TO COVID-19?

I want all customers to know that if your party plans have to change, due to the virus, I am willing to accommodate! I am making free date changes to all digital orders and offering discounted printing on any reorders. Just let me know the new date. If you are reordering printed invitations I will send you a link to purchase from!

WHERE DO I SEND MY PICTURE FOR A PHOTO CARD?

WHAT DO PRINTING SERVICES INCLUDE?

All printed invitations include a design for the back of the invitation. If you wish to see this before printing please just let me know. Designs typically match the main background on the invite or can be seen in the listing photo. I do include my Logo and a link to my site on the back as my customers are the only way that I can promote NOLA Lou Lou, continue to grow, and keep creating new designs that keep NOLA Lou Lou open for business!

You will also receive envelopes (there will be no additional envelopes provided you can purchase these separately if need be).

WHAT IS THE TURN AROUND TIME FOR BOTH DIGITAL AND PRINTED DESIGNS?

If you purchase a digital file the turn around time is 24 to 48 hours upon purchase to receive a proof. Once the proof is approved you will receive an email containing the files within 24 hours (upon approval of proof not purchase). There will be a shipping date on your order only because I have the digital file listed with the printed orders.

If you are choosing to have a NOLA Lou Lou design printed by NOLA Lou Lou you will receive a proof within 24 to 48 hours upon purchase. Once the proof is approved NOLA Lou Lou will submit the file to our partner printing company. The printed product will be shipped from our printing company with in 2 to 5 business days. A tracking number will be provided upon request.

HOW DO I DOWNLOAD MY DOWNLOADABLE FILES?

If you have purchased a Sign, Party Decor, or any Downloadable File you will need to first log onto a computer (the Etsy App does not support this feature). Go to Etsy's homepage, click you, go down to purchase and review. You will then be redirected to a page where you can see all of your Etsy Purchases. Go down to the order from NOLA Lou Lou, on the right hand side you will see "download files."

WHAT SIZE IS THE INVITATION/ANNOUNCEMENT?

The listings are currently set to the standard 5x7 but if you would like a different size please just note this in the buyers comment box.

Please note if you are printing a digital file various printing companies require the dimensions and/or resolution to be set differently than standard size. Example, Vista Print requires a 5x7 to have the dimensions set at 4.61x7.17 and a resolution of 800 dpi or higher, whereas MPIX is more industry standard with dimensions set at 5x7 and resolution set at 300 dpi. All of NOLA Lou Lou invitations are set at industry standard and NOLA Lou Lou has no control over what printing companies set as their standards. At checkout state the printing company you intend to use so uploading is quick an easy.

WHEN DOES PROCESS BEGIN? CAN I EDIT THE DIGITAL FILE MYSELF?

Please note that work on designs will not begin until I have received notification that payment has been made and gone through. I also need to received all correct information to complete your order.At the time of purchase, provide all customization information in the notes to seller box when checking out. If I do not receive the information needed to customize designs, it will cause a delay in turn around time.

Please note the printable digital version of the invitations or cards are not an EDITABLE file. Design is only editable by NOLA Lou Lou. NOLA Lou Lou does the customization for you. Files will be EMAILED to you.

HOW DO YOU COMMUNICATE? DO YOU SELL INTERNATIONALLY?

I do my best to respond to messages and emails within a 24 hour period. I do most of my communication via Etsy Conversation, however, if we are working together and I do not hear from within a 48 hour time frame I will contact you via email (THIS IS THE EMAIL YOU PROVIDED TO ETSY). A rule of thumb, if you are waiting to receive a proof check Etsy Conversation frequently. The quicker you respond the quicker I can get your product to you.

At this time I do not ship printed invitations internationally. However I would love to work with you on creating a digital file. Please contact me and I will send you a link to the international listing.
