Payment Plan
I accept payment plans that way you can purchase an item at a pace most comfortable to you.
The first payment can be as low as $100. It can be a weekly or monthly payment plan. The minimum per payment will be $100.
Please inform us of your ring Size, Metal and how much would you like to pay for the first payment. I can hold your jewelry for 120 days at most! For any reason the item is not paid in full, I'll keep 20% original payment as the restocking fee, and the rest will be refunded immediately.
The piece will be shipped within 3-5 business days once the last payment is paid.
Return
If you're not satisfied with any purchase, please contact me before returning, and I will provide the return shipping address. The shipping fee and rush order cost will be cut from the original payment. Buyers pay for the return shipping. The refund will go through within 7 business days after the returned product is confirmed in original condition.
I don't accept returns as follows:
1. Ring size below 3US & over 9US
2. Full eternity ring
3. Custom order
4. Ring with engravings
5. Request exceeding the return period
6. Ready to ship items
Making & Shipping
(1) Handling time is 3-4 weeks, production starts once the payment is received. Usually, delivery time is 3-5 business days. We will be full of enthusiasm to complete Each Item and strive to make each item perfectly.
(2) We ship items internationally. International Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.
Engraving Available
I offer ENGRAVING SERVICE that requires you to pay an EXTRA COST of $2, please contact us beforehand on Etsy.

Rush Orders
If you pay an additional $50, your item will be put in a rush. Please tell me the deadline you need to receive the ring then I can tell if it’s possible.

Larger or Smaller Sizes
Larger and smaller sizes are available. If the ring size is not on the list, contact us, I will customize it for you! Please contact me beforehand on Etsy.

Cancellation
An order can be canceled within 48 hours for free. Part of the payments will be deducted if the cancellation request exceeds 48 hours.
