Frequently asked questions

Where do I enter my monogram initials (or other customization info)?

If a listing is personalizable, but does not have the personalization box, you can enter any information needed for me to complete your order into the "note to seller" section at checkout.

If you forget to enter this information, just contact me and I will make a note of it.

Can you do my logo as a decal?

It depends on the logo. Contact me with a high quality picture of your logo (or let me know if you have a vector file), and let me know the approximate size you need.

Custom orders are always welcome, feel free to contact me!

Wholesale availability

My decals are available in bulk. Contact me with the details (size, quantity, and design) for a quote!

How do I remove a decal?

Use a hair dryer to heat the decal thoroughly before peeling it off. This will prevent damage to the surface below.

Any residue left behind is non-permanent, and can be removed with most cleaning products, or warm, soapy water.

Is your vinyl reflective? What does silver, gold, or copper look like?

All of my vinyl is glossy, with the exception of Matte White, Matte Black, and Matte Daffodil. It is not reflective unless it specifically states it, i.e. Reflective White.

Silver, Gold, and Copper are matte metallic (pictures available).

I do offer reflective vinyl for an additional cost. If you are interested in it, but the listing does not offer that option, contact me for a quote before purchasing.

What temperature should the surface be to apply my decal?

I recommend applying a decal on a surface that is between 50°F and 90°F, but 65°F to 85°F is optimal to ensure that the decal adheres properly, and will be durable.
