Gemstone Celestial Necklace

PRODUCT DETAILS:
This listing is for one necklace.

Pendants are only available as pictured.
The moon graphic is only available on Onyx, the sun on Moonstone, and the stars on Apatite.
Each pendant is a natural stone, with a gold plated over sterling silver border.
Exact coloration and size varies. Pendant is approximately 11-14mm.
Each stone is sealed with resin. This gives the stone an added layer of protection while providing a gloss finish.
Chain is gold plated brass, and is lead free.

HOW TO ORDER:
1. View the listing photos to help decide which combination of pendants you would like on ONE chain.
2. Using the drop down, select the option that shows the number of pendants you want on ONE chain followed by the designs of the pendants you'd like.
For example: If you would like a Sun pendant and a Moon pendant on ONE chain, select "2 - Sun and Moon."
3. Select the chain length from the drop down menu.
4. Add to cart.
5. If you want more than one necklace, repeat these steps for each additional necklace you'd like to order.

Please do not use the notes section of your order to relay time sensitive information (such as needing an address change). If you need to relay information regarding shipping, please message us directly. Requesting an arrival date in the notes section of your order does not guarantee it will arrive by that day, but we’ll do our best! FIRST CLASS INTERNATIONAL orders take approx. 2-6 weeks to arrive. However, transit times can vary GREATLY. Our arrival timelines have temporarily increased due to COVID-19 and the holiday season. Occasionally packages can be substantially delayed if held up at customs. We don't have any control over your country's customs officials, so please understand the risk of delay. We have had customers wait several months for items to arrive.

USPS PRIORITY MAIL INTERNATIONAL (6-10 business days) and USPS PRIORITY MAIL EXPRESS INTERNATIONAL (3-5 business days). These shipping times are estimates and we can not guarantee the delivery date.

If your package has not arrived, please reach out to your local post office / shipping facility with your tracking number. They will be able to provide additional insight that we are not able to see on our end. (Again, we see what you see!) If you selected an insured shipping method at checkout, your next step is to open a case with your local post office to be reimbursed for any lost / stolen packages.

Please note that Jill Makes will not be held responsible for an incorrect address provided by the customer at checkout. We are able to accommodate corrections if they are caught by the customer before the order ships.

If your item is shipped to the wrong address, we find that these packages are often returned to sender. If this is the case with your order, we will contact you once the item gets returned to us. You will then be held responsible for the cost of shipping the item to the correct address. (Typically $3-5 for domestic shipments, and prices vary for international shipping.)

We completely understand that you'd like your international order as soon as possible. We strongly recommend purchasing either USPS Priority Mail International (6-10 business days) or USPS Priority Mail Express International (the fastest international shipping option available). Both of these shipping methods are insured by USPS.

While we never want to disappoint our customers, we are not able to issue a refund once your order ships from our studio. If the order is returned to sender, we will refund your order minus the cost of shipping.
