2. Customization of the product no have additional cost.
3. Its size is 8.5 x 11 inches
4. Your order will be attended in the order in which it is received.
5. The delivery time is between 30 minutes to 3 hours approximately. (THIS WILL DEPEND ON THE NUMBER OF ORDERS)
6. If your order is urgent you must indicate at the moment of the purchase
7. At the moment of purchase you must specify the content that you want in your product
8. If you want a photo of the birthday boy or girl, you must send it at the time of purchase. Otherwise it will generate an additional cost, because I have to redo the order.
9. If you require a change in the design of the product (Color, figures, wording) you must indicate it at the moment of purchase. Since once the product is sent, these changes will have an additional cost.
10. Once the product is sent there is no refund.
11. After the product is sent, you have the right to 1 change of information
12. Our files are sent in PDF format, if you want a PNG or JPG file, you must inform us before sending it. Otherwise it will generate an additional cost.
13. WE DO NOT WORK WITH SVG FORMAT but PNG format works with a Cricut or Silhouette.
