Etsy makes your files available right after your purchase. You will actually access your download files right through your Etsy account by logging in to Etsy on your Safari browser (you can't download through the app) and going to You > Purchases and reviews and navigating to your order. My planners come formatted for the Goodnotes app, but will work with any PDF annotation app - such as Xodo, Noteshelf, ZoomNotes, etc. The functions that are available for you (like having clickable links, using with a stylus, inserting images) will all depend on the app that you choose and not the planner itself.

I would recommend downloading some of the free items that are available for you there and learning to use the Goodnotes app.
