Great communication, Quality is just as great and as advertised. I needed a rush shipment for a theatre show. I figured no-chance in 3 days right??? WRONG! Craig put things together and with 3 day UPS, I had the hat in the US in time for the show from the UK! Thanks Craig!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! great conscientious seller.
