In severe weather, Most plants do hold up fine during shipping depending on how cold or hot it is and where you are at. I will not replace for cold or hot damage, if the weather is extreme, please wait on ordering or order at your own risk. I only ship the healthiest plants, I can't control what the weather does to them. Shipping to areas that are too cold or too hot will be at buyer's risk. A heat pack is recommended when temp temperatures are below, or fluctuating below 60 degrees.


You never know what conditions USPS can have your plants in and that’s a good reason to upgrade to express shipping! Upgrading to Priority Express mail is always recommend and gives your package a $50 insurance coverage that you the buyer will need to claim if something were to happen due to any inconvenience with USPS. In the event the mail does not make it on time, or tracking is not showing information on the package, please contact the post office directly. There is an 800 number for your local post office. There is nothing that I can do on my end once the package has been sent out and a tracking number has been provided. it is the buyer’s responsibility to track the package and contact post office. ***If your package is MIA, the best thing you can do is call your post office/ put in a missing mail search THEN reach out to me 🤗.

Every now and then things do happen during transit please send pictures as soon as the item is received, don’t wait few days because we will not be able to fix or resolve any issue, contact us within 24 hours****Normal shipping wear should be expected – Many plants may have few broken or discolored leaves disturbed soil from shipping*** that is a risk you are taking when ordering plants online, these plants are mailed, not hand delivered. We do our best in packing, boxing and taping, if the plants took a beating during delivery, please take your time on re-potting, introduce water and light and gradually ease them in. They need to settle in after a long journey.

Over-watering is the number one way to kill plants. So please go easy. Monitor your soil every day. For the first few weeks.

Some plants I ship will have blooming flowers on them at the time of shipping if the flower falls off the plant during shipping, that does not mean the plant is dead, flowers are not meant to stay on the plant.

IMPORTANT!!!!!!!!Please check the policies on bringing plants to the state that you are in, customer and agriculture policies are different from one state to another, I will not be responsible if confiscated and or disposed of by the authorities.

Please update your address, changing the address after you place your order is not my responsibility, make sure your address is updated. Shipping address is important, not just the billing address. I am not responsible for mail going to an old address.

All of our pictures are updated periodically, the volume of sales prevents us from being able to send individual pictures but send a message to us and if we have the time we will send you pictures.

Our plants love humidity, bright indirect light, well draining soil, and love. Make sure you know how to care for your plants BEFORE making your purchase- It’s important for you to be successful. Some plants may need a little time to adjust to their new environment after their travels. Once they leave our location we can not offer refunds or replacements.

We are only sending plants Monday and Tuesdays because we are trying to avoid packages stay in transit all weekend, We want to make sure your plant gets to you in good condition we appreciate your patience and comprehension.
