A very special and heartfelt thank you to everyone supporting a small business this season! We can't even begin to tell you how much we appreciate all the overwhelming support this year and are so grateful to share our handmade products as part of your holiday season. We understand shopping can be stressful and ordering online sometimes even more so, especially when it comes to shipping times and deliveries making it in time for all your gift-giving needs! With that in mind, we humbly ask that you take a moment to glance at the "estimated delivery times" and related production time estimates that we do provide automatically for every single item that we make, before going ahead with your purchase. We do put a lot of thought and time into creating these estimates and we 100% guarantee that your item will be made and shipped out on-time or earlier than quoted! A small point of pride for us is that, in the 7 years since we started this little shop experiment that has grown to where it is at now, we have never shipped a single order out late!
As you may not realize, everything in our shop is handmade by us, individually, and "to-order" for you. We put a great deal of love and attention towards everything that we make and, for better or worse, many of our items involve production processes that may take the fully quoted production time to complete. As much as we would love to rush things out within 1 business day or less, we do quote the 3-5 business day production time simply because many items require time to dry and work through the natural processes of the wax, dye, or paint. We would ask that you please let us know prior to placing your order this season if it looks like the estimated delivery window estimate does not work for you or meet your needs! We may be able to help and/or work around your tight schedule, but we do need to know before you place your order. We will be switching from free shipping on all orders to free shipping on orders of $35.00 and over, effective 10/16/2023. We understand that this may be a disappointment to some of you, but we have made this decision in order to ensure the long-term sustainability of our business.
There are a few reasons for this change. Firstly, the cost of shipping has been rising steadily in recent years. Secondly, we have seen an increase in the number of orders that customers are placing for small items, which are often more expensive to ship than larger items. Thirdly, and last of all, we want to continue to offer our customers a wide selection of high-quality products at competitive prices.
We believe that this change is in the best interests of both our customers and our business. By offering free shipping on orders of $35.00 and over, we are able to continue to offer our customers a great value, while also ensuring that we can continue to operate and serve our customers in the future!

5 out of 5 starsI love these candles SO MUCH that I keep buying more antique sconces to put them in different areas of my home. They just look SO REAL. A lot of battery-operated candles you get, the flame may look pretty realistic, but the actual candle part looks like plastic, which it is, but these have actual wax on them so that part of them is realistic as is the flame. LOVE THEM SO MUCH!!!! I can hardly wait for 8:00 each evening when they all come on all over my home; it just kind of takes you back in time, and is so cozy, comfortable, and relaxing.

If you are unhappy with an item, we want to work with you until you are 100% satisfied. After all, our goal is your complete happiness and satisfaction with our products. In the event that you wish to return or exchange an item, please notify the shop within 7 days of receiving your item. We offer refunds, but ultimately, you will be responsible for the return shipping cost. If you have any issues at all with a product, please do not hesitate to message us!
