    It is amazing washing machine the best I’ve ever had, I can’t put a mixture of clothes in together and they wash perfectly, I can’t wash for 28 minutes and then spin for 15 minutes. My old machine has sadly died. But my new machine is saving me a lot of money.. the drum is much bigger than what I expected so it will be able to put in my quilts. thank you so much Liz west

    My new washing machine is still in it's packaging in my kitchen. The old one is same model which I thought had broken down, but before fitting the new one I tried the old one (just in case) and lo-and-behold it worked, and is still going strong. So I'm sorry I can't give you a better reason about the washer except it's great.

    Even though it is a 10kg drum but it was not any bigger than our previous machine of 9 kg drum . The 1400 max spin leaves clothes still quite wet compare to a 1600 max spin . We have to do extra spin for our clothes .

      We want you to get up and running straight away with your new appliance, which is why our expert team will connect your new item to your water pipes and make sure everything is working properly. Connecting it yourself? Make sure you remove the transit bolts. These will make a loud rattling sound if they’re left in place when you run a cycle.

      If you’ve bought a new appliance but you don’t want us to connect it for you, all you’ll need to do is disconnect your old one and empty it, ready for us to pick up.

      If you haven’t bought a new appliance, we can still collect your old one and take it away for recycling. Our experts will recycle it safely and responsibly in our state-of-the-art facility.

      The cost of our Remove & Recycle service goes towards safely transporting the product to our recycling plant. Under the WEEE regulations, recycling costs are primarily covered by the product manufacturer.

      Also, while we’re picking up your appliance, if you’ve got any smaller kitchen electricals that need recycling – such as kettles, toasters or blenders – we’ll happily take those away too at no extra charge. Just pass them to your driver when we’re picking up your larger appliance.
