5 out of 5 starsI absolutely love my new print of my cat! She did a great job at making it look as realistic as possible and paid very good attention to details. When I asked her to change a couple things, she responded back quickly and made the changes within minutes. The print is a thicker material as opposed to a thin and cheap paper. This item has met my expectations and I would highly recommend to anybody!

Frequently asked questions
Do you do custom pet portraits or dog pins?
Yes, I do custom single dog/cat/bunny/bird prints. Please visit the CUSTOM section of my shop and start by choosing your print size.
Sorry, no, I don't do custom enamel pins. I will only consider this for clients who are wishing to order a minimum quantity of 50 pins. Please PM me with the details.
Wholesale availability
Some items are available for wholesale, and I am an approved Etsy wholesale seller. Please email or PM me to tell me about your shop, and let me know what you are interested in and I would be happy to send you my linesheet.
Can I purchase a digital file instead?
My designs are not available for sale as digital files. All these designs are copyrighted exclusively to me (Lili Chin). Please don't download, modify, or re-purpose any of these images. I have written more at http://bit.ly/FAQbreedpics. However, you are welcome to share the images as they are, with a link to my etsy shop. Thank you! :)
When will I receive my order? I have looked at the tracking number.
I ship within 2-3 business days. From LA, First Class packages to the West Coast can take 2-5 business days, & to the East Coast, about 5-10 business days. Priority Mail is 1-3 business days. International orders are less certain and can take more time, keeping in mind customs clearance can take a few a days.
If the tracking info hasn't updated in a few days, note that USPS sometimes doesn't scan the package immediately, and it will get scanned at a later point en route to your address.
Can you re-draw "Doggie Language" and replace your Boston Terrier with MY dog?
No, I don't have the time to create custom versions of Doggie Language. If you are interested in dog body language drawings showing other dog breeds, may I recommend my book? Visit: www.doggielanguagebook.com It costs only about $10.
I also don't create custom versions of any of my prints with multiple dogs on it. These are sold as they are. I do create custom pet prints though! Look in the Custom Prints section.
