The maker will work with you personally to pick out the materials used and to insure that the bra is a perfect fit for you. I was surprised at how comfortable it is. I love the fun and femininity of it and how it is custom made especially for you. The vendor is friendly and easy to work with and delivers the item in a timely manner. I will be ordering again from this seller and would not hesitate to recommend this vendor to anyone.

I needed a custom made bra due to several severe contact allergies and was at the point of giving up that I would ever wear a normal bra again. She worked closely with me to make sure the bra fit perfectly and did not contain any of the allergens I needed to avoid; even sending me a sample to try on. The result was a beautifully made bra that fits perfectly. I could not be happier. I would not hesitate to buy from this seller again.

It is made with high quality fabric and you can see the high level of skill that has gone into it. It has been made with real boning too and fits perfectly. The only person who loves it more than I do is my partner, haha. Thank you very much Elle, I will be shopping with you again.

She worked with me on this custom piece and I can not express fully the joy I have when I received my finished corset. (she also left a hand written thank you note!) Blue Pumpkin Corsetry is a one woman business ran by myself, Eleanor, and has been growing in size since 2007. I am now able to offer my corsets internationally and look forward to meeting new clients.
I can't imagine doing anything else with my life. I find sewing both challenging and exciting and love to create every day.
All Blue Pumpkin corsets are made with the highest quality of materials to provide you with a comfortable, long wearing corset that will last and last.
Customer Satisfaction is highly important to me, that’s why I keep my clients updated every step of the way and endeavour to complete all corsets within two (2) weeks of the order. If this isn't possible you will be alerted immediately as to a time frame for completion.

Payment
I accept PayPal, postal orders or a personal cheque, please convo me before buying so we can discuss your preferred payment method.
International Buyers:
I accept PayPal only at this time.
All Buyers:
Payment must be made within 3 days of clicking “Commit to Buy”. If you change your mind, just let me know and I can cancel the sale for you.
Non Payment:
If you decide to purchase an item from my shop, but cannot pay for any reason within the allotted 3 days, please let me know. I will be more than happy to assist you in any way. If you decide after clicking “Commit to Buy” that the item no longer suits your needs, please let me know and I can cancel the sale for you. If however you do want the product, but cannot yet pay, that’s fine! I can give you an extended time in which to pay or even in special circumstances arrange a payment plan.
Completion dates and payment:
Gowns are naturally more expensive as they require a lot more fabric to create, it has been a sad reality that I have let clients have their gowns before receiving full payment in the past (usually as their wedding was so close or before their next pay day) and then gone on to never hear from them again. Due to this I will never send anything I make out until I have received payment in full.
Delivery
Work on your custom items will not begin until payment has been received and cleared or a payment plan agreed upon and the first instalment made.
All garments will be sent out as soon as they have been completed.
I ship all of my items via Royal Mail (Signed For) and Royal Mail International (Air Mail: Signed For). Every Blue Pumpkin package will need to be signed for upon arrival.
The minute I hand the package over to the post office, I relinquish responsibility as to the time it takes to reach you. I will contact you with the estimate given to me by the post office.
Customs:
I cannot be held responsible for your Countries Customs delays and charges. Customs can also keep your package for up to 6 weeks if they choose to. Please check with you local post office before ordering to see what customs fees are in your area.
Lost, Stolen or Damaged:
If you package does not arrive within the estimated time frame, and it is not being held at your customs office, I will make every effort to track it down with my nifty tracking number. If it has not been signed for and is truly lost (ie, Royal Mail or the receiving mail courier actually lost it in transit) your corset will be replaced at no cost to yourself. I will need proof from the mail couriers on your side that they have lost it.
If your package has arrived and been signed for but has been damaged in transit, I will pay for you to return it to me and to be repaired, if it is too badly damaged I will replace the corset at no cost to yourself.
If you have any questions, feel free to contact me and I'll answer them as soon as possible.

UK: Your parcel should arrive within 3 working days.
Europe: Your parcel should arrive within 5 working days.
US: Your parcel should arrive within 10 working days.
Canada: Your parcel should arrive within 14 working days.
Other Countries, Territories, Continents: Unknown at this time.
Your Address:
Please be sure to enter your correct shipping address for purchases. In the event that Etsy and PayPal show two different addresses, your package will be shipped to the Etsy address.
Additional policies and FAQs
I work in inches because I am old fashioned. But I will gladly convert your measurement if you send it in centimetres.
All measurements must be accurate. There is scope in a corset for minor inaccuracies but I always aim for a perfect fit. It is helpful if a friend or family member can help you with these. All measurements must be taken with a measuring tape and when the measuring tape is against you it should lie parallel to the floor and be smooth against your body (not twisted).
