I’ve changed my mind and want to cancel my order, what should I do?
Please get in touch as soon as possible. Items are usually dispatched within 1-2 business days. If your order hasn't been dispatched yet then your order can be cancelled for a full refund. If your order has already been dispatched, you will need to return the item in its original condition within 30 days of arrival. Upon return, a refund of the item value excluding any postaged fees will be processed to your account. Postage fees for returns are payable by the customer.
My item arrived after the date that I needed it for, what now?
Items are posted 1st Class within 1-2 business days of purchase. While every effort is made to get the item to you on time, there are rare occasions where the postal service takes longer than expected. To avoid the item arriving after the date you need it for, it’s recommended that UK customers purchase at least 10 days in advance and for worldwide customers to purchase 14-21 days in advance to ensure your item arrives in good time.
Howevere these are just guidelines and during peak posting times, items may take longer.
My item hasn't arrived by the estimated date?
All UK orders are posted via Royal Mail at 1st or 2nd Class standard delivery. These items are untracked and at peak times may take up to 10 days from the dispatch date to arrive.
All overseas orders are provided with a tracking number at the time of dispatch.
In all cases, please get in touch if your item hasn't arrived by the expected delivery date for further assistance.
How can I get a refund?
Refunds can be obtained in line with the shops return policy.
Refunds will exclude any postage costs paid by the seller.
To be eligible for a refund, the item must be returned in its original condition with return postage paid by the buyer. The buyer is responsible for keeping proof of postage until the item is safely returned.
In a case where the item is lost or delayed in transit, a claim will be made by the seller against Royal Mail and a refund will be issued upon the successful outcome of that claim, for the UK this may take up to 30 days & 90 days worldwide.
