Thank you for visiting our shop. Our current PRODUCTION time is 1-3 Business Days (Monday - Saturday) PRIOR TO SHIPPING. If you need your item sooner, please contact me as I may be able to accommodate your request.
***Priority shipping is insured up to $50. First class shipping is not insured. If the post office looses or damages your package I am not able to file a claim on uninsured items. If you want your package to be insured please select priority shipping.
Shipment will go out within 1-3 Business Days (Monday - Saturday) after receiving payment. Production time is based on outstanding number of orders. During busy seasons production time is longer. ******Please note that due to the nature of hand stamping I do not stamp on the back of any of our items.
Please note that on an item that is returned it must be returned in it's original condition and in the gift box that it was shipped in. A tracking number must be provided. Once received in it's original condition I will refund your purchase price less the $4.26 I paid to ship it to you for First Class or the $9.00 if I shipped Priority Mail.
When ordering custom items please leave the information in the comment box at the time of checkout. Please note that priority shipping is not a "guaranteed” delivery time and USPS is responsible for final delivery. The priority upgrade does not speed up production time only the delivery time.
READY TO SHIP items are "as shown". If you want something customized please contact me.
Please note that "ship by" date on your invoice is not the actual "delivery" date. I can only let you know your ship date not your delivery date.

All tracking numbers are sent by Etsy messages when your order is shipped.
These are the USPS estimated time frames and are not guaranteed by our shop. Just a guideline for you're placing an order.
**Please note that once we hand deliver your item to USPS the delivery time is completely out of our control.
**** MAIL PROBLEMS: If you have a problem with your tracking number or delivery of your package - please contact the USPS. You can check the tracking on their website: https://www.usps.com/ or by calling the customer service number: 1-800-275-8777.

To help with deliveries please double check your shipping address to make sure it is up to date. ***We can ONLY ship to the address provided.
*********If your package is returned to us because of an issue with your address the buyer will be responsible for the return postage. Even on items that were originally sent via free shipping.

Custom and personalized orders
Yes, we are happy to customize any of our hand stamped items. Just let us know what you would like and we will confirm that we can accommodate your request.

The dimensions and sizes are listed in the Item Details. Please don't hesitate to contact me if you have any questions.
Can I receive this item sooner than your stated processing time?
If you need your item earlier than our posted turnaround time please contact us and we will let you know if we can have a specific item to you by your need date. We work hard to accommodate our customers’ requests.
-How long does it take an item to ship (U.S. orders)?
For U.S. orders –
The standard shipping for hand stamped items is First Class which can take 3-5 business days AFTER the production time. *Please note that First Class Mail can occasionally take longer. We do have an option for Priority Mail shipping on hand stamped items. The delivery time after the production time is generally 2-3 days. The cost to upgrade to priority shipping is $1.95 and can be selected at the time of checkout. This upgrade is for shipping time not production time.
Signs are shipped priority mail (for U.S. orders) and the delivery time once posted is generally 2-3 days.
-How long does it take an item to ship (International orders)?
The shipping time varies for and can range from 5-10+ business days.
***INTERNATIONAL BUYERS PLEASE NOTE (ESPECIALLY UK BUYERS): Import duties, taxes and charges are NOT INCLUDED in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying. It is your country's fee/tax on products you purchase outside of your own country.
If I am located in the EU. Do your prices include VAT?
No. I live outside of the EU, and I am not entitled to collect VAT. You will be responsible for any associated VAT and handling charges that are levied by your government or postal service.
-Do you accept returns?
Yes. Money back guarantees on your satisfaction. Postage paid by Buyer. Returns on all items except custom orders. Please contact me if you ever have an issue with my product.
I will refund the purchase price less the shipping charge. Buyer is responsible for return shipping. Item must be returned within 7 days and in original condition.
*** As per Etsy policies I will honor the EU return policies.
Is the receipt included with the order?
In staying "Green", I do not send out invoices with your order. If you need a copy on your invoice you can print them from your account under "purchases". If this is a gift that is being sent directly to the recipient, please be sure to enter their "Ship to" address. Thanks so much!
Can you stamp on the back side of your items?
No we do not stamp on the back side of our items. Hand stamping leaves a slight impression on the opposite side. When items are stamped on the back there is a chance that it may interfere with the integrity of the front.
Where do I leave personalized information such as birthstone months or a custom name?
When you place your order there is a comment box at the time of checkout. You can leave your custom information there.
