Jewelry and hair accessories come packaged in a jewelry box, an organza bag or a velvet pouch and are ready for gift giving.

For orders that contain multiple items, each item will be packaged in an organza bag and shipped in one gift box. If you require a separate box for each item, please leave a note during check out and we will be happy to include them.

Vintage items will be shipped in recycled boxes with new and recycled packaging.

A packing slip will not be included with your order. If you would like one, please leave a note at checkout.

If this item is a gift, it can be ship directly to the recipient. Just enter their name and address in the "ship to" field when checking out.

A complimentary gift note, with your personalized message, can be included upon request. Just enter you message and who it is from in the "notes to seller" field upon checkout.

Optional gift wrapping is also available for jewelry and hair accessories. It is not available for vintage items.
Gift wrap includes:
- Gift wrap, box, or bag appropriate for the item.
- Decorative ribbon
- A card with your gift message

Ready to Ship items are shipped within 1 - 2 business days and Made to Order within 2 - 3.

Please ensure that Etsy has your correct and up to date shipping address. Shipping can be upgraded at checkout.

- Domestic:
Items shipped within the USA are sent First Class via USPS and include tracking. USPS Priority Mail and Priority Mail Express both come with tracking and up to $100 of insurance.

- International:
Items shipped internationally are sent First Class via USPS or through Global Postal Shipping and have limited tracking. USPS Priority Mail International and Priority Mail Express International come with tracking and up to $200 of insurance automatically.

- Customs, Taxes, VAT
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import tax.

Vintage - Due to their nature, they are sold as-is and are not eligible for return so please message us before purchasing if you have any questions or would like additional pictures.

Jewelry and hair accessories - We accept returns as long as we are notified and the item is shipped back to us within 7 days.

The buyer is responsible for return shipping. We strongly recommended tracking and insurance as we will not be held responsible for items lost in the mail.

The buyer is responsible for loss in value (as agreed upon with seller) if an item isn’t returned in original condition.

We work very hard to ensure that our images and descriptions accurately represent our items. We understand that sometimes things just don't work out.

Our studio is based just outside of Kingman AZ, USA and we are on Mountain Standard Time (MST).

Our online shop is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
We are in the studio Monday to Friday from 8 am to 5 pm.
We are closed all weekends and major holidays.

If you have sent us a message, we will reply during normal business hours. Responds on weekends, evenings and holidays are by chance. :)
