Most orders ship from our warehouse within 2-7 business days from the date the order is placed. Personalization can take up to a minimum of 2 weeks depending on demand as noted on all our product pages and store policy...This is not including shipping times to you. In most cases delivery time is 2 to 7 business days.

All prices are quoted in US Dollars. We are unable to give currency rate conversions on our prices.

If your item is defective, we'll pay for the return and get the new one out. Please contact us first. This MUST be done within 14 days of receiving your order. Please provide us with Photos to show damages or defects. Once photos are reviewed we will ship out replacements or issue credit. In some cases we will need the item to be sent back to us.

If you end up ordering the wrong size, please contact us within 14 days for return instructions.
Customer is responsible for return postage to us. Gettin' Salty Apparel will pay for the cost to re-ship new item back to you.

Due to the handmade nature of our products color match for items and pictures are not guaranteed. Camera lighting and fabric variance is expected to change the color of items made at different times.

If your package is lost in transit by the UPS or USPS we will file a claim with them and send you out a new order, but first, reasonable time will have to be given to allow for any items to arrive at your address before we can file a claim as packages do at times take longer in transit than planned for. We (Gettin Salty Company) are not responsible for delays in transit times as we do not run nor have control over UPS & USPS. All delivery time are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.

If your package is marked “DELIVERED” but you still did not get your package you will have to file a claim with your local Post Office, and or local Law Enforcement. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE for packages that may have been lost/stolen once they have arrived at your address & marked DELIVERED. No refund will be given in these circumstances. Please make sure the delivery address is safe and secure for delivery.
