  • "Lovely countryside, quiet location."

Cottage homely and very cosy, the heating is very effective. Well equipped, owner very helpful and left lovely chocolate snacks and welcome pack. The only drawback for us, was rather loud creaking floorboards upstairs, mainly because one person gets up several times a night! Otherwise we liked the cottage and found it very handy for Shrewsbury.

Both cottages have a pretty, fenced garden; perfect for dining alfresco. Guests have use of a year-round hard tennis court and coarse fishing (including carp) on the picturesque and well-stocked 1 acre pond, only 100 yards away.
