Custom and personalized orders
If you would like to make changes to a design or would like to us to create a new design, simply click on the "Request Custom Order" button on our shop's home page or listing pages.
What should I do if my package is lost or stolen?
You need to contact your local carrier immediately! We see the same tracking information you do so your best bet is to follow up with your local delivery person as soon as possible for the most accurate answer.
We are not responsible for these rare situations but please message us with any concerns. We again recommend tracking your package if delivery is time-sensitive or you would feel most comfortable if someone was home to personally receive it!
How do I input all of my info for my order?
In most cases, you will be forced to add a personalization before checking out on the products page such as: names, colors, titles, etc. If you are not given that box please see below for further information on how to place your info.
At checkout, right before you select "place your order" you will see a section on the bottom right of the page for "Add an optional note to the seller" that is where you'll list details about your personalized item, such as: names, colors, titles, etc. If you have any questions, please feel free to send us a message.
How do I send you a photo I want on my custom item?
When placing an order for a custom item that requires a photo such as: mugs, prints, coasters, etc. You will need to send us your photo through a conversation with our shop, either before or after the order has been placed. You can find the start a conversation, at the right side of the products page, underneath the title labeled as "Ask a question." If you have any questions on whether the photo will work for the custom item you are wanting. Feel free to start a conversation with us and we will be more than happy to let you know if it will work or not. If you can't start a conversation with us, we do check our email frequently and will be more than happy to grab your photo from our email.

How can I get my order shipped out faster?
Processing times vary for each item so please check the listed ship time for each item. We will complete your order on or before that ship date.
We ship with our local post office using First Class or Priority Mail. If you are not able to order early you may request a rush turnaround for processing via our Rush Order listing. Feel free to send us a message to confirm availability or if you think it may be a close call!
Keep in mind that we only have control over OUR processing time. Once we drop your package off, we cannot make any absolute guarantees on ship times and we always advise tracking your package to make sure it is delivered safely!
