Airmail within Europe 5-10 WORKING days , USA and Canada 2-4 WORKING WEEKS , other destinations approximately 2-4 WORKING WEEKS . Please note these are just guidelines given by the Postal Service and are not guaranteed.
If an item arrives damaged please contact me immediately ( within 24hrs of receipt) and retain ALL of the packaging.
Please note that I no longer ship to PO boxes / mail boxes or mail forwarding centres.

If an item is returned as undelivered due to the customer not picking up from post office or refusal to pay customs duty I will refund just the value of the order and NOT the original postage costs.

As most of our products are made from recycled bike parts they have been thoroughly cleaned and degreased but due to the fact they are made from used parts some may show marks or signs of wear.
