Carlos was responsive and super helpful through the design/ordering process. He even provided dimension plans to ensure we were on the same page prior to ordering. The bench was constructed and shipped exactly as projected. Delivery was timely, and Carlos provided helpful instructions to ensure the product was not damaged in shipment. The package itself was extremely well packaged to protect the bench during shipment, and it arrived in perfect condition. Bench was to the exact dimensions requested, and looks amazing! We couldn't be happier with the purchase or experience. 10/10.

Absolutely beautiful bench! Carlos was great to work with and went above and beyond helping us pick the stain color and getting the dimensions just perfect. The slow close hinges work really great as well. Everything is high quality!
