We offer 2 trackable shipping options:

- INTERNATIONAL STANDARD SHIPPING which takes approximately 6-25 business days to arrive, in rare occasions as custom delays could be up to 30 days or more.

- INTERNATIONAL EXPRESS SHIPPING (Fast Mail). If you want your order to be shipped express, please UPGRADE YOUR SHIPPING AT THE CHECK-OUT. Estimated international express shipping time is 4-10 business days.

- SHIPPING WITHIN AUSTRALIA usually take anywhere from 2-7 business days.

Your order will be shipped within 1-3 business days from the date of purchase.

If the package does not arrive to your door within 3 weeks since it was shipped PLEASE EMAIL ME.

If the buyer want to open a case please follow our SHOP POLICIES first.

I will do my best to meet my shipping estimates, but I do not have any control over the everywhere postal office systems once your package is mailed.

We accept returns and exchanges by contacting me within 14 days of when your package was delivered. The item needs to be returned back to us. This rule does not apply to custom-made products and items that can’t be reused for health or hygiene reasons (items such as earrings).

For returns, we issue a total item refund. We do not refund shipping cost. Refund will process in about in a week after receiving your packages.

Our jewelry is made hardly, but we still ask that you treat it with care to guarantee a greater durability.

Here are some great tips how to treat jewelry to keep it long lasting:

- Do not get your jewellery wet as water can tarnish the metal.
- Avoid contact with chemicals, lotion and/or body products.
- Store all jewellery in a clean and dry environment.
