The communication with Tatyana ist fabulous. She is taking every wish into consideration and is also very helpful with finding the right details. I was so excited when the parcel arrived and I honestly can't believe how beautiful the dress is. The fabric feels and looks very expensive. This is for everyone who is scared to order online: if I could have given this woman 2000/10 I would have. I was very worried about ordering online and very close to my elopement date, especially with the dress coming from another country but Tetyana made it so amazing! First before I even ordered she answered all of my questions and let me make some adjustments to the dress that made it unique to me. Then she updated and walked me through the process every step of the way which is made it so much better! The time and attention she put into each step and making sure I was involved was some of the best customer service I ever received! On top of the fact that she was so incredibly sweet and thoughtful about my opinions, even down to asking if I like the placement of the stars! My dress WAS STUNNING! Get a dress from Tetyana ❤️

Tetyana is the absolute most amazing seamstress to work with! Her attention to detail is outstanding and her communication goes above and beyond! The quality of the dress is also amazing, the beading is beautiful and the skirt is so full and luxurious. My wedding dress fits beautifully and I could not be happier to wear it this year 🥰 she also wrote me a lovely note in a card when my dress arrived! If you are hesitating at all, don't! You will not regret ordering this dress.
