STEP 1. Order Production

Neck gaiters & face masks: 3-5 business days. Other all over print items: around 3-8 business days. All our items are individually handmade to order especially for you.

STEP 2. Order Shipment

On top of the production time add shipping time. Standard shipping speed across the USA is approx. 3-5 business days.

Please note: The shipping companies may experience service delays and disruptions during Covid-19. This is something we cannot influence, shipping companies work independently from us.

There is no return & no exchange policy on all our items as they are individually handmade to order (from scratch!) especially for you. The items can be returned ONLY in case of a defect (due to the production & quality control mistake). In this case please send us good photos of the product (damage) along with a clear description of the problem and we'll gladly help you out.

IMPORTANT. Please make sure to use the provided size charts to make all the necessary measurements BEFORE you place the order, to ensure a great fit as we don't accept size exchanges. Please ask us questions about sizing and we'll gladly guide you and help you select the correct size. Thank you.

According to our policy you can cancel your order within an hour of purchase. If you need to cancel your order, please act fast, as soon as the item is sent into production we won't be able to cancel or refund your order.

It's the customer's responsibility to provide correct shipping address. If for some reason you provided wrong address, you can still change it BEFORE the order is shipped. Please act fast and send us the message with the correct shipping address.
If the order was shipped to a wrong address, and if the recipient is honest and ships it back to us, we'll reship it to your new address as soon as we receive it.

Please keep in mind that the color reproduction on internet is not precise. And your electronic gadget display can further distort the color based on its age and individual settings. On top of that there could be a deviation in the way your eyes interpret the colors. As a result the final product may slightly differ in color. We do not accept color exchanges. Please look through the listings' photos to see all photos, and preferably check the listings on a couple of different gadgets.
