Everything was pretty easy to follow. Not a huge fan of how the X is created on the ends as it's not an exact way of doing things, but for a budget plan it turned out great!

My husband is actually the one who built the table and used the plans.. from what he told me, the instructions were very clear and easy to follow. He literally had the table built in a day or two. I’d say the cost of the materials are comparable to what you might spend on a coffee table that looked similar to this one BUT it would not be the same quality, since most things you order online are cheaply made anymore. Def worth it to buy the plans and build it yourself. We also plan to build the end tables and I’ll upload pics and a review for those as well. I would def purchase plans from this gentleman again. Also, I’d like to add that he was very courteous when I messaged him about what we would need tool wise etc. (we did splurge a bit and bought tools for this job lol) very happy with my purchase, thanks so much!!
