HOW IT WORKS :

1. 100% Refundable Deposit (three times more than total price - 1. Pyebaek Wardrobe Only $1,200.00 2. Pyebaek W Haboks $1,800.00. 3. Pyebaek W Table Set $3,000.00. 4. Complte Pyebaek Set $3,900.00) is required. The deposit will be refunded five days after the items are received if there is no damage and all the items are present.

2. Shipping ( Wardrobe Only $80.00, Wardrobe with Hanboks $120.00, Pyebek W Table Set $150.00, Complete Set $170.00 ) including return label
The package will be scheduled to arrive within 1 or 2 days before your actual event. Please do not pay attention to the processing time on Etsy site. Due to Etsy policy, we had to note processing time. To meet the processing time, you will be noticed that the package has been delivered. However, in the end, you will get the set on time for your ceremony date.

3. Extra shipping and Security deposits will be charged through your email.

4. Return
Please drop off the package at UPS on the next day after the event or the following Monday after a weekend event (a Late fee of $100/day).
A printed return label is provided with the package.
We will do our best to ensure the package arrives 2 or 3 days before your actual event, but in the event of circumstances out of our control (e.g. natural disasters, UPS related issues, etc) and the package arrives later than expected, we reserve the right not to refund the total amount.

5. Set up & Repack
As soon as you receive the package, please inspect that all requested items are included. Please contact us of any missing or damaged items in advance. Repack each item using the provided boxes.

6. Cancellation
All orders are final and non-refundable.
Delivery and pick-up date can only be modified based on availability.

7. Contact us for an extra rental item like a bamboo mat, beef jerky replica, and extra cushions.

8. Note
* Items are sanitized/steamed after they are returned, but items are not new item quality.
