Custom and personalised orders
We gladly accept personalized orders. Buyers must confirm for approximate costs, preparation and delivery times before placing orders.
Generally, 2-3 weeks are required to prepare custom orders.
All custom orders are exempt from any sales and promotions.
Personalized orders are not eligible for exchange or return.
Care instructions
Please follow the care instructions listed for each product.
1:Knife should not be used as a pry bar, can opener, chisel,punch, awl,scraper, or screwdriver.
2:Do not keep in leather sheath for long periods.Cover the blades with cling wrap if storing for long time.
3:Lubricate the Knives with any Mineral oil after each use.
4: Keep Knives clean and dry to prevent contamination & Rust.
5: Do not scrub with steel wool / abrasive cleaning sponge.
6: Knives are not dishwaher safe, Hand wash only.Wipe dry immediately after a wash.
7: Wipe and Rub in the direction of Damascus Pattern.
8:Wood can dry out. Whether you use it or not.Use a light coat of oil to prevents cracks, and increase the resistance against changes in temperature and humidity.

Cosmetic Imperfection Policy :
We strive to make all products with great attention to details.However,buyers must understand that hand-made products (sometimes)may not match with machine-made products in terms of precision in finishing. Any minor imperfections are not considered defects.
Liquidation Sale:
If a product has any obvious problem, we sell the product with complete disclosure about its conditions ,and at a lower price.
Liquidation sale discounts are applicable for following products.

Colors may slightly vary from the pictures. Original Product colors appear better than photos.

Reason:
When we have more than 1 quantity in stock for a product design, photos are captured for one item/set only.
Knife handles come with natural materials such as Stag antler, Ram horn, Buffalo horn, and wood. Therefore, no two patterns can be the identical. This makes every item one of a kind and unique.
If needed, Please request for more photos before the product is dispatched.
Lost or Stolen Package Policy (After Delivery)
If the shipping tracking number says a package has been delivered but you have not received your order.
1. First, we ask you to check with anyone else who receives mail at the shipping address.
2. Second, we wait 2 business days for the package to show up from delayed delivery, neighbor, or another person who may have received it.
3. Next, we open a lost package case with the carrier to see if the GPS location of the delivery scan matches the address you gave us on the order.
If it matches your address then it is assumed your responsibility for the lost package as we can prove delivery by GPS location to the correct address. We do not reship orders if parcel is lost after correct delivery. Please file a police report for stolen packages.
Lost or Delayed Packages
We are extremely careful about the delivery of orders to our valued customers and strive to deliver orders ASAP.
In rare situations, if the package is lost in transit or if the GPS delivery scan shows that the carrier did not deliver the package to the correct shipping address then we will reship your package ASAP with a signature required. Please add a complete and correct address to avoid any delays.
Most orders arrive within the expected delivery time provided by the carrier. Buyers can check the status with the order tracking number.
Delays during the transit and customs clearance are beyond our control. Please be patient while we try to deliver your order as soon as possible.
Do you offer Price-Match for previous orders within 30 days of Purchase?
No, We don't offer price match. All prices are final for the time the item was purchased.
We offer Thankyou coupons for completed sales. You may still get upto 15% discount if you choose to shop with us again.
If you are a returning buyer, please inquire about available coupons before making a purchase. Some offers do not apply automatically. We will be unable to make price adjustments after Order Confirmation.

Exchange & Refund Policies
Sale Items are not eligible for exchange or refund unless they arrive faulty.Faulty products must be returned for an exchange or refund.
Items must be shipped back within 7 days of delivery .
Notify about product defects with photos within 3 days of receiving the order.
Buyer pays return shipping and re-shipping (Only one free shipping/order)
In case of cancellation for refund, actual shipping costs or following amounts (whichever is lower) will be decuted from refund amount.
