She responded to every one of my comments very quickly and was attentive to every single one. She also sends a photo and asks for final touch-ups before shipping it out. Communication, the product itself, everything was 100/10. I got tears out of my dad which is a very rare feat, he couldn't believe how accurate it was and said it was the gift of a lifetime. Can't praise this artist enough!
