Gabriele was absolutely amazing in helping us find the right sizes and in ensuring that we were satisfied with the quality. When I mentioned appreciating the color gold, he also worked with me to make a gold-coated version of the silver ring. He also engraved the inside of the ring for us. The order took longer than anticipated, and he gave us regular updates and worked with us to ensure that the items reached us even when we were no longer at the same original address.
