5 out of 5 starsI love this crewneck sweatshirt. I was a little annoyed by all the confusion of what I typed in my personalization but overall am very happy with what I received! It's exactly what I wanted. Just wish the sizes were a bit more extensive. My sweatshirt fits fine but I much prefer really baggy fits for sweatshirts and the biggest size available was just my usual size.

CUSTOM AND PERSONALIZED ORDERS
We gladly accept custom orders. Additional fees may apply. A mockup will be provided before printing for any adjustments.
Due to the nature of custom orders we can not accept refunds or exchanges. If there was an error with your order that was my fault (I am human and do make mistakes) I will correct that and send a new item.

SIZING DETAILS
Still unsure about the size? Take the chest measurements of a favorite t-shirt and then compare it with our chart. Get in touch with us if you have additional questions. We're here to help! Returns and exchanges are not available for your items so please make sure to order the correct size.
SHIPPING TIMES
Every order receives a receipt from Etsy. On your receipt, you will have a ship by date. That is the date in which your item will be shipped by. That is not the date in which you will receive your item. Shipping time for first class mail is 2-7 business days, Priority Mail is 1-3 business days and Priority Express is 1-2 business days. Plus handling time 2 days approx. Please ask me if you need express shipping I will answer you super fast!
