Can you customize my mug?
We can personalize your mug. If it is a minor change, when checking out, just leave me a note in the notes to seller section with what you would like to change it to and I'll take care of it. >>> Be sure to mention that you want to add it to the mug.
Do you offer gift wrapping or a note to the recipient?
We don't currently offer gift wrapping. We can include a note in the package though. When checking out, just leave what you'd like in the notes to seller section. Be sure to mention that you want to include it as a note to the recipient.
It's for a gift. Can you ship without a receipt?
We only include a packaging slip in our orders which includes the ship to address and a description of the mug; this slip doesn't not include pricing.
What are your shipping times?
Your mug is made to order. We usually ship within 2 days but those times can during holidays and time off. See listing before ordering or your order for a better estimate. If it's unclear, please message me before ordering for clarification.
We don't accept cancellations.
Because of our process, we are not able to accept cancellations. Be very sure BEFORE you place your order that you do indeed want it.
Address changes.
Please, please, please, pretty please, double check your address. If you do have an address change, message me with it. Although I do check messages frequently, I can't guarantee that I will see it before we ship.
