Our products are not "off the shelf" items, each order is CUSTOM made just for you upon your order. Processing Time is different than "shipping time". I ordered this as a gift for one of our Venture Crew leaders that was instrumental in helping two of our Venturers cut through some red tape. The inscription on the tumbler was dead on correct. I did have one problem, in that when I initially received the tumbler it had not been updated with Crew Leader but instead still said Troop Leader. However, I contacted Jen about the problem and she had a replacement tumbler out to me in no time - it even arrived in time for the Court of Honor that I wanted this presented to our Crew Leader. BlissfulGiftCreation will be my first stop to find any Troop or Crew gifts for our leaders and staff in the future.
